Haruka Kudō is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and guitarist born on March 16, 1989. She is best known for her voice roles as Hagumi Hanamoto in Honey and Clover, Haruka Kaminogi in Noein: To Your Other Self, and Sayu Yagami in the anime adaptation of Death Note. In the music world, she portrays the character Sayo Hikawa in the BanG Dream! franchise while playing guitar for the band Roselia. Kudō began her career as an exclusive model for Seventeen Japan from 2003 to 2006 before transitioning into voice acting.

Haruka Kudō's journey began in the fashion world as a reader model for magazines like CUTiE. Her talent was spotted by a manager from Top Coat after seeing her photo, leading to her exclusive modeling contract with Seventeen Japan from 2003 to 2006. She appeared in issue No.15 of the magazine in 2007. Her voice acting debut arrived in 2005 as Hagumi Hanamoto in Honey and Clover; interestingly, she was already a reader of the original manga and was surprised when offered an audition. After graduating from university, she stepped back from performing arts until her Top Coat contract expired at the end of September 2007, after which she pursued voice acting earnestly.

In August 2014, Kudō left Sigma Seven to become a freelance artist. She joined ELBS Entertainment in October 2016 and later that year entered the BanG Dream! franchise as guitarist for Roselia, taking on the role of Sayo Hikawa. On May 1, 2017, she announced via her official blog that she would transfer to Ace Crew Entertainment. A significant milestone occurred on February 11, 2020, when she announced her solo singer debut on Twitter, officially debuting as a singer and songwriter by March 25, 2020, with the release of her mini-album KDHR.
